Dr.Akkineni Nageswara Rao who is popularly called as ANR has got the honorary doctorate from the Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha on Monday in Chennai at the 74th convocation of the institution for his contributions to South Indian Cinema.
Justice V S Malimath, president and chancellor of Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha and CBSE Chairman Cinnet Joshi felicitated him and honored the doctorate.
